Safe Streets USA currently operates in twenty-seven states and the District of Columbia. Those states have been separated into regions, where Installation Managers help coordinate the dozens of technicians and installations that occur every day. In addition, the company employs the use of Quality Assurance Managers who oversee and maintain in-the-field training as well as ensure company standards are met at all times. (click on map)
In key markets, Area Sales Managers are responsible for the hiring, training and supervision of dozens of outside sales representatives responsible for hundreds of residential sales each month. Safe Streets USA has two inside call centers focused on a variety of marketing opportunities located in Elmwood Park, NJ and Tampa, Florida. There are also two primary locations in Elmwood Park, NJ and Garner, NC where all data processing and customer support functions are handled.
